On the premise of not affecting the stability performance of the mold, we will try our best to optimize the material width and layout, and improve the material utilization rate.

After confirming the material strip process with the customer, we began designing the mold structure diagram according to the customer's standards. After the design is completed, the mold structure diagram will be submitted to the customer for review, and the customer's feedback points and areas that need to be modified will be modified according to the requirements. After the customer confirms the approval of the mold structure diagram, we will begin processing.

After the mold processing is completed, our company has a dedicated department to assemble and test the mold for making samples. Our company will measure and evaluate the size, appearance, and other aspects of the samples produced by the trial mold. For dimensions outside the tolerance, the mold will be adjusted to correct the dimensions and appearance to meet the drawing specifications. During the mold repair and testing period, samples will be sent to customers for confirmation based on the actual situation. After the customer confirms that the sample is qualified, professional personnel will package the mold. We will use sturdy and safe packaging materials to avoid accidental injuries during transportation.

After the customer receives the mold, if any problems are found during the stamping test process, we will do our best to assist the customer in adjusting the mold. If necessary, we will dispatch a technical leader to the customer's company site for debugging until the mold is completely OK and meets the production requirements.
